At Rag & Bone Bros, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact us to schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture items.
